We returned from Germany and were completed jet-lagged. Madelyn even grabbed a towel and napped on the kitchen floor at one point.
I had also planned on potty training Madelyn when we returned, but was going to wait until after the jet-lag wore off, but at 2 AM, while eating our breakfast, she decided to sit on the potty and actually went.
We went to a friend's 'Outdoor Man' themed birthday party. The girls made bows and arrows out of sticks, made a fire to roast their food, and I even ate a worm to show that we can live off of the land.
We took a trip with some friends to the Frieberg temple and also spent a day in Dresden. There happened to be a fair going on in the main square!
We were also able to enjoy the last little bit of winter when we took a ski trip with Bryson's unit to Garmisch. It was our very first time skiing and snowboarding and we had so much fun!
