We had so much fun in Orlando on Labor Day Weekend. It's a 6 hour drive from us, so we left a 5pm (CST) on Friday night and arrived at our hotel at 1:30am (EST) due to a major storm we drove through and at one point stopped under a bridge because we couldn't see the road. Finally, the eye of the storm passed and we continued. We were all quite tired the next morning and slept in quite a bit- this was even before we went to Sea World!
Another family came with us who have a daughter named, "Sarah."
Check out Bryson's legs- he's completely turned sideways in this kid train car.
We sat in the soak zone for both the Shamu Show and the Dolphin Show. We didn't get a drop wet at the Shamu Show, but got soaked by the dolphins! Didn't expect that!
Madelyn crashed in the late afternoon and Coralee immediately followed. Then us four adults took turns going on one of the roller coasters.
We went out to eat afterwards and has some amazing sea food! (Alabama just isn't the best place for sea food.)
The next day, we drove around a bit looking at the real-estate in Florida, drove by the Orlando Temple, and then stopped by the local church building. We then drove back home and arrived back around 5pm.
During this trip, I realized that I now have been to all three Sea World's: San Diego, San Antonio and now Orlando. I thought that was pretty cool. It's probably my favorite theme park.
